Anonymous local conversation, without the follower circus
Meet The SQWK Network
SQWK is a location-aware social network built around what people nearby are saying right now. You get a random bird identity inside each conversation, while your real profile stays out of sight.
No public follower graph or permanent public profile. Thread-specific bird aliases keep the conversation about the conversation.
Lightning tips and read-only Counterparty/Bitcoin Stamp artwork add fun without making basic conversation paywalled.
Reporting, blocking, moderation controls, rate limits and private reputation signals help keep abuse manageable.
Use on-chain artwork in replies like memes and reaction images. Top-level SQWKs stay text-first to reduce asset spam.
When a local area is quiet the feed can widen automatically. As activity grows, Smart mode becomes increasingly local.
What SQWK is not
It is not an emergency service, investment platform or marketplace. Basic posting, replying and reading are the core product; optional Bitcoin features sit around that.
